The present Petition has been filed under Section 36 read with Section 74 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Order XXI Rules 10, 11, 13 & 41 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking execution of the Conciliation Agreement dated 20.12.2024 as entered into between the parties herein. 2.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Decree Holder, on instructions, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to seek such remedies as are available to him under law.
