The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking a direction against the Registrar of Trade Marks, directing them to publish and advertise in the Trademarks Journal the applications filed by the petitioners on behalf of their clients, the details of which are given in paragraph 6 of the present petition.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that after an advance copy of the aforesaid petition was served on the Respondent, eleven out of thirteen trademark applications have been published and advertised in the Trademarks Journal, one of the applications has been withdrawn and one application has been objected to by the Trade Marks Registry. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
