The short grievance raised in this petition is that the amount of Rs. 77,000/- odd has been wrongly deducted from the gratuity. The issue raised in this petition has not been considered by the respondent. 2.

In such circumstances, without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation with respondent no. 1- Office of District and Sessions Judge within six weeks.

In the eventuality of the representation being made, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order within six weeks thereafter.
