The present petition has been preferred by petitioners under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside of the judgment and order dated 24.02.2023 passed by learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No.2365/2021 and order dated 08.05.2024 in Cont. Pet. No.300/2023. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, submits that this Court may dispose of the present petition while granting six weeks' time to petitioners to comply with the impugned judgment and order dated 24.02.2023 passed in OA No.2365/2021 in its letter and spirit. 3.
