% 13.03.2026 CM APPL. 15669/2026 (under Section 151 CPC for correction of orders) 1.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner for correction of orders dated 01.07.2025, 09.07.2025, 30.07.2025 and 15.12.2025. 2.

Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner/applicant submits that in the aforesaid four orders, in the cause title, the name of the petitioner institute has been incorrectly mentioned as 'Shah Satnam Ji Boys Girls College' instead of 'Shah Satnam Ji Boys College'. The aforesaid position is also not disputed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of NCTE.

In view of the above, the orders dated 01.07.2025, 09.07.2025, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 16/03/2026 at 17:20:48

30.07.2025 and 15.12.2025 are corrected and the name of the petitioner institute in the cause title of said orders shall be read as 'Shah Satnam Ji Boys College' instead of 'Shah Satnam Ji Boys Girls College'. 4.

At this stage, Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner/applicant submits that in view of the above anomaly in the aforesaid four orders, the petitioner has not been extended the benefit of order dated 15.12.2025.

Let benefit of the order dated 15.12.2025 be extended to the petitioner subject to verification.

The application stands disposed of.
