1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the respondents are directed to decide the petitioner's representation submitted in May 2024 (Annexure P-9) in a time bound manner and extend all benefits as may be found due and payable to him.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, submits that he has no objection to this limited relief sought by the petitioner.

3. In the light of the aforesaid stand taken by the parties, the petition is disposed of by granting the respondents four weeks' time to decide the petitioner's representation submitted in May 2024 (Annexure P-9) by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

4. Needless to state in case, any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same would be paid immediately.
