No.15522/2016 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 17.12.2015 only to the extent that although his application under Order VII Rule 11 of the CPC was pending consideration yet that application had not been taken up for consideration. His submission is that the next date fixed before the Trial Court is

18.7.2016.

The Trial Court shall dispose of the application (u/O VII Rule 11 of the CPC) of the petitioner.

Needless to state that if the petitioner would still be aggrieved by the present order (after the decision of his application u/O VII Rule 11 of the CPC) he would be at liberty to impugn the same. No further orders are called for.
