Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the directions of this Court, and subsequent meetings between the parties, the petitioner has submitted revised bills amounting to Rs.20,30,200/-, out of which a sum of Rs.6,46,250/- stands paid to the petitioner. 2.
It is assured and undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions, that the balance amount shall be expeditiously paid to the petitioner after due verification. For this purpose, the petitioner is directed to supply certified copies of court proceedings with regard to which bills have been raised on the respondents. As regards the proceedings before the estate officer, for which the petitioner's bills remain unpaid, the concerned estate officer is directed to provide the necessary details to the Chief Law officer of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
