The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, praying as follows: "(a) Issue a writ, direction or order to the Respondent No. 1, 2 and 3 to decide the representation made by the Petitioner vide email dated 20.06.2024 seeking an amendment in the Respondent No. 1‟s revised date sheet issued on 11.06.2024 for the Masters in Law (LL.M.) examinations scheduled for July 2024 to avoid clashes with the „Haryana Civil Judge (Junior Division) Main Examinations 2023-2024‟ and further direct them to revise the examination date for the subject YLM-207 Insurance Law and Banking‟ to any other day apart from 12.07.2024, 13.07.2024 and 14.07.2024"

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no. 1 is directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner herein, in addition to the representation already tendered by the petitioner, and decide the same within one week from today, under intimation to the present petitioner.

It is also made clear, that in case of any grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court.

No further relief is prayed for.

With the above directions, the present petition is accordingly disposed of.
