Mr. Shriram Verma, counsel for the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner has filed a civil suit against the Respondents and in light of the same, the Petitioner no longer wishes to continue with the present proceedings. He accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

In light of the order passed in CM APPL. 58281/2024, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The pending applications, if any, are accordingly disposed of.
