The present criminal revision petition under Sections 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against order dated 4th April, 2019 as well as framing of charge dated 22nd April, 2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Rohini Court in FIR No. 243/2017 under Sections 302/34/120-B of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station, Begumpur, Rohini. 2.

Counsel for the Respondent has apprised the Court that 21 out of 37 prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 3.

In such circumstances, after making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states he would like to reserve all the contentions urged in the present petition to be raised before the Trial Court. He however, requests that the direction be given to the Trial Court to expedite the trial. In view of the foregoing, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all such contentions before the Trial Court in the pending proceedings. The Trial Court is further directed to expedite the hearing. 5.

With the above directions, the present revision petition, along with pending applications, is disposed of.
