The present petition seeks quashing of the Look Out Circular issued against the Petitioner at the behest of Central Bureau of Investigation pertaining to RC/BD1/2015/E/011. Counsel for CBI states that the LOC has been withdrawn. The statement is taken on record. 2.

In light of the aforenoted statement, no further directions are required to be issued. The copy of the order be also sent to the Bureau of Immigration for updating their records.
