The Petitioners have approached this Court for quashing FIR No.OTN-SPB-000424/2022 dated 08.08.2022 registered at Police Station Model Samaipur Badli (Outer North) for offence under Section 380 IPC. 2.

It is the case of the Petitioners that it is purely a commercial transaction and the goods have not been stolen but the Petitioners have entered into an agreement to sell. The investigation is still going on. It is open for the Petitioners to give all the documents to the Investigating Officer and if the Investigating Officer is satisfied, a closure report will be filed. 3.

This Court is not inclined to quash the present FIR at this juncture leaving all remedies open to the Petitioners to be taken at appropriate stage and liberty is granted to the Petitioners to approach this Court, if necessary. 4.
