By way of present application, the applicant seeks reduction of surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.20,000/- in cash. 2.

Ld. Sr. Standing Counsel for the respondent while accepting the notice, fairly does not object to the prayer made in the application. 3.

Accordingly, for the reasons explained in the application and the no objection given on behalf of the respondent, the same is allowed and surety amount is reduced to Rs.20,000/- in cash.
