Further to the order dated 01.07.2025, Mr. Rama Nath Jha, learned counsel, has entered appearance on behalf of respondent No. 1 - School. 2.
After some hearing, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- a. The suspension order issued by the School dated 22.05.2025, is modified to the extent that the petitioner will not be required to report to the School on a daily basis on all working days. including the condition that the petitioner will not leave Delhi without obtaining prior permission from the competent authority. b. Both parties will cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the disciplinary proceedings.
c. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are left open. 3.
The writ petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid directions.
