The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "1. Allow The Writ Petition Under Article 226 Of The Constitution Of India Read With Article 21 Of The Constitution Of India And Read With Section 482 Of The Cr.pc Seeking Issuance OfA Writ In The Nature Of Mandamus Or Any Other Appropriate Writ Remedy Or Direction.

2. Directing Respondent No. I State To Issue Appropriate Guidelines For Respondent No. 3 To Not Causing Unduly Harass, Humiliate And Cause Unwarranted Raids On The Premises Of The Petitioner Without Proper Rules And Regulation And Without Obtaining A Proper Order Of Raid On The Premises Of The Petitioner.

It is the case of the Petitioner that she is 70 years old lady. It is stated that the police has raided at her premises which has resulted in unnecessary harassment to the Petitioner and humiliation. 3.

Status report has been filed. The Status report indicates that the Petitioner's son is involved in two FIRs being FIR No.226/2022 dated 03.02.2022, registered at Police Station Laxmi Nagar for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of IPC wherein one of the accused has been declared as Proclaimed Offender and FIR No.214/2022, registered at Police Station Shakarpur for the offence punishable under Sections 307/427/34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act wherein son of the Petitioner has been declared as Proclaimed Offender. 4.

Learned ASC for the State submits that they have information that the Petitioner's son visits the Petitioner and, therefore, during the course of investigation, the police visited the premises of the Petitioner 5.

The petition is being disposed of with a direction to the Police to follow the guidelines and safeguards provided in law and ensure that the Petitioner herein who is 70 years of age is not unnecessarily subjected to any harassment.
