% 06.03.2019 The parties have entered into a settlement and Memorandum of Understanding dated 25.02.2019 has been executed between them. In terms of the settlement the respondent has handed over post dated cheques to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent on instruction submits that the cheques will be duly honoured upon presentation.
