Pursuant to the notice issued on previous dates of 08th July, 2024, Mr. Rahul Tyagi, ASC for the State states on instructions that they have no objection if the investigation is transferred to the Crime Branch. 2.

Accordingly, the investigation pending in FIR No.170/2024 under Sections 306/34 IPC PS Ghazipur will be transferred to the Crime Branch. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not passed any observations on the contentions which have been raised by the petitioner, in particular the mala fides alleged against the police personnel.
