By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the police, respondent Nos.1 to 5 herein, to protect her and her husband from Respondent Nos. 6 to 16.

Respondent Nos.6 to 16, who are parents and in-laws of the petitioner, are present today in Court along with their respective counsel and submit that they have no objection with the marriage of petitioner with Naveen Khatri and they shall not raise any objection in future. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 6 to 16 have also placed on record their statements to this effect.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since respondent Nos. 6 to 16 have no objection with the marriage of the petitioner and there is no threat from any quarter, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
