% 13.07.2018 Mr.B.S.Maan, counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw this petition. He, however, complains that the reference has not been forwarded by the Collector to the Court of Additional District Judge. Mr.Jain, counsel for the LAC/L&B submits that he has no instructions as to whether any reference application is pending or not. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case a reference petition is pending, Collector would consider the request of the petitioner expeditiously.
