The present petition under Section 528 read with Section 484 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers: - "a) Reduce the quantum of the Personal Bond and Surety Bond from ₹5,00,000/- to a lesser and reasonable amount, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, to be furnished before the Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class (NI Act) 05 (C), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CC No. 330/2017 titled "HDFC Bank Ltd vs. Alka Fabrics Pvt Ltd";

b) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the Court of Sessions in accordance with law. 4.
