Learned counsel for appellant states, on instructions from the appellant who has joined the proceedings through V.C. and is duly identified by the I.O., that the appellant, having undergone the entire sentence, does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. 2.

As per the latest nominal roll on record, the appellant was released from jail on 19.04.2022 upon completion of his sentence and payment of fine.

Accordingly, the present appeal, along with the pending application, is disposed of as not pressed.
