This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking interim reliefs in connection with Facility Agreement and Deed of Guarantee executed by the Respondents in favour of the Petitioner on 30.09.2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order dated 27.09.2023 restraining Respondents from encumbering the mortgaged property/secured assets in question, is hereby vacated.
