Petition under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to challenge the summoning Order dated 07.03.2023 passed by learned MM, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi in CT Case No. 622478/2016.

It is a revisable Order and there is nothing stated in the Petition which cannot be agitated in the Revision Petition. Therefore, present Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Revisional Court and apprehensions have been expressed that the Petition may not be considered on account of delay. However, Petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate Application seeking condonation of delay, which the learned Court may consider, in accordance with law. NEENA BANSAL KRISHNA, J.
