O R D E R
% 30.01.2019 CS(OS) 577/2012 and CC 8/2013, I.A.1350/2019 1.
The parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have jointly filed I.A.1350/2019 under Order 23 Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure which contains the terms of the settlement. The application is supported by the affidavits of the parties. I.A.1350/2019 along with affidavits is marked as Ex.C-1.

The settlement between the parties is lawful and is recorded. The suit and the counter claim are decreed in terms of Ex.C-1. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

The defendant has deposited a sum of Rs.4,40,574/- with the Registrar General of this Court. The Registrar General is directed to release the said amount along with the interest accrued thereon to the plaintiff. 4.
Learned counsel for the defendant has handed over five demand drafts totalling Rs.25,59,426/- to counsel for the plaintiff in Court. 5.
The plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees. The Registry is directed to refund 50% of the Court fees to the plaintiff under Section 16A of the
Court Fees Act to the plaintiff.

Interim order dated 06th March, 2012 is hereby vacated. 7.
The pending applications are disposed of.
8.
Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
