This is a fresh petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of the FIR No. 364/2021 under Section 363/365/506 and 34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 84 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 registered at Police Station Najafgarh, Delhi. 4.
