By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 320/2017 under Section 308 IPC registered at PS Inderpuri, Delhi. 2.

The allegations of the complainant/injured Amit in this regard are that on 30th December, 2017 at about 4.00 PM in the evening he was playing in the Gas Godown Part in Todapur with his friend namely Prakash. In the meantime, Mangal, Anil, Ananjay and one friend of Prakash came inside the park and Mangal told them to go to Rajender Place to drink liquor. All of them returned to Todapur. At around 11.00 PM when he, Mangal, Amarjeet and Rajeev Kaluva were sitting near Sulabh Sauchalaya, Todapur, Mangal abused the complainant whereafter arguments started and Mangal hit the complainant on his head with some object due to which blood started oozing.

As per the status report the parties have settled the matter. The complainant is also present in Court and identified by the Investigating Officer. He states that he has settled the matter with the petitioner. In view of the nature of injury and the settlement arrived at between the parties, this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and in case of change of residential address the same will be intimated to the concerned Court by way of an affidavit.
