Application is disposed of.

W.P. (Crl.) 353/2017 Present FIR No. 354/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC was registered against the petitioners, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 3 is injured. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 24th January, 2017, Annexure-B.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified

by SI Lalit Kumar of police station Karol Bagh. They admit having settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

They have no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 354/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Karol Bagh and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
