Status report dated 9th April 2025 filed by the New Delhi Municipal Council ('NDMC') is on record. Speaking order dated 18th December 2024, offering an alternative site at Laxmi Bai Nagar, Vendor Market, New Delhi, has already been passed.

Counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved since the said order was not communicated to him, though the speaking order had been addressed to the petitioner at her address.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner, if she is further aggrieved, to approach the appropriate Court for seeking remedies under law; since she states that she ought to have been given a different alternative site.
