The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.02.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.2974/2024, whereby the respondents were directed to cancel the GST registration of the petitioner w.e.f. 19.05.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice. He submits that as per instructions received, the compliance shall be done within this week itself.
