Mr. Ripudaman Bhardwaj, counsel for respondent states that the proposal of the petitioner has now been decided by order dated 2nd April 2025 and he has handed up the detailed and speaking order in this regard. 2.

Mr. Ripudaman Bhardwaj, counsel for respondent/UOI provides his unqualified apology in relation to the delay which has been caused. He states that this delay was caused due to certain complex issues which had to be taken into account at the policy level.
