% 22.07.2024 Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in the present revision petition, the interim maintenance order dated 15.11.2021 was challenged. Learned counsel submits that, however now the final petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been disposed of vide order dated 11.12.2023. Learned counsel submits that since the main petition bearing M.T. Petition No.32/2021 titled as Smt.Anita vs. Sh.Sitaram has been disposed vide order dated 11.12.2023, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed being infructuous.
