This is an application filed on behalf of the learned counsel for the appellant, seeking to be relieved from the responsibility of generating a link for Video Conferencing [in short, "VC"] and hosting the interaction between his client i.e. the appellant and his children.

The order dated 23.01.2024 was passed with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, as there were allegations and counter-allegations made with regard to the alleged attempt by the respondent in not allowing uninterrupted interaction with the children and the appellant. 3.

Mr. Aman Chawla, counsel who appears on behalf of the appellant, says that he will not be able to comply with the directions as he would be travelling The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

4. Ordinarily, we would have expected, since it is a VC interaction, that Mr Chawla would continue to discharge his obligations, which he had voluntarily undertaken on 23.01.2024. It is trite to say that VC meets are agnostic to geographical location.

5. Strangely, this application has been moved on the last day of the term. 5.1 A further difficulty which has arisen is that the order dated 23.01.2024 was passed when one of us i.e., Rajiv Shakdher, J. was sitting with Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Kumar Jain.

Mr. Chawla says that he would have no objection if the present Bench, which comprises myself i.e., Rajiv Shakdher, J. and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amit Bansal, passes suitable directions in the application. 6.1 Ms. Seema Seth, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent, also submits likewise.

Therefore, Mr. Chawla, as prayed, is relieved from the obligation of generating the VC link and hosting the meet.

8. However, Ms. Seth says that for the moment, she will continue. Therefore, the obligation which had been placed on Mr. Aman Chawla to generate the link and host the meet will now be passed on to Ms. Seth. 8.1 The other directions concerning Mr. Chawla will apply mutatis mutandis to Ms. Seth.

9. In case there is any coercion by the appellant in conduct of the assigned task, Ms. Seth will have the leave to move the Court for appropriate directions.

10. In the event Ms. Seth is not able to generate the link due to unforeseen The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
