The present Petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer that the FIR bearing No. 2079/2005 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act at PS Sultanpuri and case bearing No. 31/2023 and the proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits that the final report has already been filed before the Court wherein the petitioner has been kept in column No. 12.

Nothing further remains in the present Petition and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter before the learned Trial Court. 4.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
