At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties inform that the matter has been amicably settled and in term of such settlement, no proceeding is now pending before the learned sole Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid subsequent development, the present petition has virtually become infructuous and, therefore, it may be disposed of. The petitioner was, earlier, aggrieved by order dated 07.09.2023 passed by learned sole Arbitrator whereby his application moved under Section 16 of Arbitration and Concilation Act was dismissed. 3.

Be that as it may, in view of above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed in terms of settlement.
