The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued for arrest of the accused in FIR No.0201/2019 under Sections 376/328/313/506 of the IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 registered with PS Mukherjee Nagar.

It is stated that investigation stands completed and a chargesheet has already been filed.

The learned ASC states that the accused has fully cooperated in the investigation.

The matter is now fixed for framing of charges on 14.11.2019.

It is stated that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail during the period of investigation. In the given facts, this Court does not consider it necessary to accede to the prayers made in the present petition.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
