The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of chargesheet arising out of FIR No. 75/2018 dated 17.03.2018, registered at Police Station Hazrat Nizamuddin for offences under Sections 448/380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). 2.
Concededly, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate ('MM') has already heard the argument on charge and has framed charges against the petitioners for offences under Sections 448/380/454/34 of the IPC.

The order passed by the learned MM is revisable before the Court of Sessions.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and take appropriate steps to challenge the order on charge.
