When this Court expressed its reservations for quashing the FIR, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he will not press the Petition at this juncture.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed its opinion on the merits of the case and all the rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
