By this application it is stated that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled and the suit be allowed to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, the suit along with all the pending applications stands disposed of.

Since the suit is withdrawn before commencement of recording of evidence, plaintiff will be held entitled to refund of 50% of the court fee paid in view of the provision of Section 16-A of the Court-fees Act, 1870 (as applicable to Delhi).
