This is a petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.

Ms. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, states the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have since passed away and the petitioner is unaware of the Legal Representatives of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same as and when the LRs of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are known to the petitioner.
