% 15.02.2018 Notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice. The Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 210/2017 under Section 420/34 IPC registered at PS Kalkaji on the complaint of HDFC bank.

The allegations against the petitioner are of cheating the complainant bank by procuring various loans on fake/purported documents. Considering the nature of allegations this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR even on the ground that the petitioners have settled the matter with the HDFC Bank.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
