After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission of the Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law with respect to the tenanted premises i.e., 10404, Baghichi Peerji, Ram Bagh Road, Near Pratap Nagar Metro Station, Delhi-110007.

1.1 Liberty as sought for is so granted.

It is clarified that this order is being passed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner.
