This is an application filed jointly by learned counsel for the parties seeking withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the matter has been settled under "Vivad se Vishwas Scheme-II".

The captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 20.06.2024 executed between the parties. 11.
The amount deposited with this court in terms of order dated 16.07.2021 be released in favour of the petitioner or its authorized representative along with accrued interest.
