The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a) Set aside the order dated 03.04.2025 passed by the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Courts, South-West District, Dwarka, New Delhi in Guardianship Case No. 109/2022, to the extent that it directs issuance of notice to the counsellor and initiates a process contemplating interaction between the petitioner and the minor child, without first adjudicating upon the threshold issue of maintainability, and without affording the Petitioner an opportunity to respond or lead evidence on the necessity or desirability of such interaction; b) Hold that the clause pertaining to waiver of visitation rights in the mediated settlement dated 19.11.2018 and decree dated 17.10.2019 is binding and enforceable;

c) Restrain the Respondent and the Ld. Family Court from taking further steps contrary to the consent terms, to protect the emotional and psychological well-being of Master Hiten Yadav; d) Pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and proper in the interest of justice."

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of accordingly.
