After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition whereby his request regarding return of the suit did not find any favour. 2.

He, however, submits that he would move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking rejection or for that matter dismissal of the suit.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

The petitioner is always at liberty to move any such application, as permissible under law, before the learned Trial Court.
