Petitioner has filed a suit which is commercial in nature and seeks direction that such suit may be directed to be decided within a span of six months.

The suit in question has been filed in the year 2024 only and there is no exceptional exigency or hardship cited, which may compel this Court to pass any such direction.

Moreover, without appreciating the work load of any such Court, no such direction should, generally, be given by the Constitutional Courts. 4.

The case being in commercial in nature, learned Judge, Commercial Court would be mindful of the provision contained under Order XV A CPC as applicable to Commercial Courts and, therefore, no further direction, in the present matter, is, required to be given to the learned Trial Court. 5.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
