The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Parties have entered into a Settlement in terms of order dated 18.08.2025 passed in CS(COMM) No.642/2025.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in compliance of Paragraph 6 of the order dated 18.08.2025, the Respondent No.2 / The Registrar of Trade Marks has cancelled the Defendant No.1's registration of impugned Trade Mark bearing registration No.5010803 dated 19.06.2021 in Class 5 [under challenge in C.O. bearing registration No.4008689 dated 27.11.2018 in Class 5 [under challenge in C.O. (COMM.IPD-TM) 142/2025] from the Register of Trade Marks. She further submits that in view of the above nothing survives in these Petitions and the same can be disposed of.

Accordingly, the present Petitions as well as the pending Applications are disposed of.
