"a) Take cognizance and initiate action of contempt against the Respondent for willfully disobeying the Order dated 30.05.2025 passed by Hon'ble High Court of New Delhi in W.P. (C) 8118 OF 2025 and further the Respondents be sent to imprisonment for a period of six months under the provisions of Contempt of Court Act, 1973;

b) Pass such other order(s) as deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the present case"

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition since the matter has been settled with the respondents. 4.
