After some arguments, Mr Anunaya Mehta, Advocate, who appears on behalf of appellant, on instructions from the appellant who is physically present in Court, says that for the moment, he does not wish to press the appeal.

Mr Mehta, on instructions, further says that the present arrangement can go on for a while and if there is some problem, he would approach the concerned Family Court.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, pending applications shall stand closed.
