Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks early disposal of the application filed under Section 12 of the D.V. Act seeking interim maintenance. 2.

Mr. Banerjee, learned counsel for the respondent submits that though it is the petitioner who is delaying the trial, however, he has no objection the said request.

Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with the directions that the Ld. M.M. shall make an endeavour to dispose of the application at the earliest.
